Products for a Brighter YOU®
Purchase, Renewal, and Cancellation
Your SkinGPT plan is a one-time annual purchase. It does not automatically renew, and your card will not be charged again when the year ends. This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight: our current platform setup does not support automatic recurring billing for international customers, so every SkinGPT plan is a single purchase covering twelve months of access.
Near the end of your twelve months, we will send you a reminder so you can choose to purchase another year. Nothing renews without you taking that step.
Cancellation window. You may cancel within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. To cancel, go to Manage Your Subscription below, or email us directly and we will process it within a few business days.
After 14 days. Your plan runs for the remainder of the twelve-month term. Since there is no auto-renewal, there is nothing further to cancel once the term is active. Your access simply ends at the twelve-month mark unless you choose to purchase again.
